AMC confirmed late in 2018 that there would be a Fear The Walking Dead season 5, and now little bits of info are starting to appear in the press about what we can expect.
It was a tumultuous fourth season for the spin-off series. The show made numerous high profile additions to the cast including Garret Dillahunt, Maggie Grace and Jenna Elfman. We also saw the arrival of Morgan Jones (played by Lennie James) from The Walking Dead universe’s flagship show, and in season 5, there’ll be another crossover, which we suspected might happen after Scott Gimple was announced to be overseeing the franchise as a whole.

Yep, it seems that Morgan will be running into Dwight when Fear The Walking Dead returns later this year. Although the last time we saw the character, played by Austin Amelio, was late in season 8 of The Walking Dead, when he strolled off into the sunset to track down his girlfriend, comicbook‘s sources confirm that we’ll naturally be seeing a much earlier version of Dwight this time, as the spin-off is still eight years behind the main show.

More info as it arrives.
