It appears that Dave’s lovely comedy game show Go 8 Bit has been cancelled, and not in a particularly nice way.
The series, which has been running since 2016 on Dave, has been a pretty solid investment for the channel. Hosted by Dara O Briain, the format saw team captains Steve McNeil and Sam Pamphilon joined by celebrity guests as they tried to beat each other at video games, old and new alike.
Now (via Cultbox) it seems we won’t be getting any more new episodes of the show, but it might be nice if Dave had told the people involved that this was indeed the case, instead of, erm, broadcasting the news on Twitter first?
