Skyscraper is eyeing a November home release date in the UK. Potential stocking filler?

Starring Dwayne “are we still putting The Rock here in the middle?” Johnson, Skyscraper is now heading for its home release here in the UK. The action blockbuster, directed by Dodgeball‘s Rawson Marshall Thurber, was described by our reviewer as “big, brawny [and] earnest”, and if you’re looking for a “big, brawny [and] earnest” film starring Johnson – which pretty much describes all of his outings – Skyscraper will probably do you just fine of an evening.

In this one, Johnson plays former FBI Hostage Team leader Will Sawyer, who finds the tallest and safest building in the world quite literally on fire. Not only that, but he’s been framed for it, and his family are inside. Can he clear his name and save them? Probably, yes. But until then, CGI fire hazards, the precarious hanging onto of things and other such reliable sights will be had.

If you fancy picking up a copy, Skyscraper is set to be released via digital on 5th November, and will then hit DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD on 19th November. Pre-orders are open now.

Here’s the bonus content you can expect to find on the discs:
