As part of its big closing down sale, Tesco Direct has slashed the price of numerous geeky treats from LEGO. Kits pertaining to such iconic film franchises as Star Wars, Marvel, DC and Jurassic World have seen their prices cut, making them even more tempting to purchase.

In the Marvel range, Tesco has these deals running: Beware The Vulture, inspired by Spider-Man: Homecoming, is down from £36 to £27; The Ultimate Battle For Asgard, from the Thor: Ragnarok collection, has gone down from £49 to £36.50; the Royal Talon Fighter Attack, featuring the stars of Black Panther, has reduced its price from £29 to £21.50; and the Avengers Thanos Ultimate Battle Set, which includes the Guardians Of The Galaxy’s iconic Milano ship, has come down in price from £70 to £52.50.
In the DC corner, these are the offers: the Batcave Break-In, a brilliantly wacky set inspired by The LEGO Batman Movie, has gone from £85 to £63.50; the Lex Luthor Mech Takedown, featuring Batman and Wonder Woman, has gone from £34.50 to £26; and The LEGO Batman Movie‘s Batwing Kit has gone from £89 to £67.
Star Wars kits on offer include the Clone Turbo Tank (down from £99 to £74), Kylo Ren’s TIE Fighter (down from £56 to £42), Han Solo’s Landspeeder (down from £26 to £19.50), Krennic’s Imperial Shuttle (down from £74 to £55), the Resistance Bomber (down from £100 to £75), Poe’s X-Wing Fighter (down from £69 to £51) and the Y-Wing Starfighter (down from £64 to £48).
There are also a few Jurassic World LEGO sets on offer, including the Stygimoloch Breakout (down from £35 to £26), the Raptor Rescue Truck (down from £25 to £18.50) and the Gentle Giants Petting Zoo (down from £18 to £13.50).
