First Man, starring Ryan Gosling: the trailer

Consider a ticket sold to us for this. From the director of Whiplash and La La Land, Damien Chazelle, comes First Man. This is the movie that tells the story of NASA’s attempt to land a man on the moon. It’ll cover 1961 through to 1969, with the focus inevitably falling onto Neil Armstrong.

It’s based on the book by James R Hansen, that’s been adapted for the screen by Josh Singer. And the cast for this one features Ryan Gosling, Claire Foy, Jason Clarke, Kyle Chandler, Ciaran Hinds, Ethan Embry and Corey Stoll.
