The Addams Family reboot finds its voice cast

The big screen reboot of The Addams Family is pressing ahead, this time in animated form. MGM is backing the project, that will be directed by Conrad Vernon (Shrek 2) and Greg Tiernan (Thomas & Friends: Day Of The Diesels).

This time around, then, Gomez is being voiced by Oscar Isaac, with Charlize Theron playing Morticia. Chloe Grace Moretz is the new Wednesday, Finn Wolfhard is Pugglsey, Nick Kroll will voice Uncle Fester, and Bette Midler is to voice Grandmama. Finally, Allison Janney will be voicing the villain, Margaux Needler.

The film has a release date of October 11^th 2019, with MGM backing the project.
