Finally, it looks as though James Bond 25 has fallen into place.
The new film is set to start filming on December 3rd this year, with Danny Boyle directing the movie. He’ll work from a script by John Hodge, based on an idea that Boyle had.
Furthermore, release dates have been confirmed. In particular, the fact that the new movie will land in the UK earlier. It had already been announced that the movie would be out in the US on November 8th 2019. In the UK, we now learn, the film will arrive on October 25th 2019.
Daniel Craig will be playing the role of James Bond for the fifth time in the new movie.
Also, the battle for the distribution rights for the movie has been resolved, too. Sony, who had distributed every Bond film since Casino Royale, has lost out. In America, the distribution of the new movie will now be handled by MGM and Annapurna.
Outside of the US, Universal Pictures has picked up distribution rights. It’s also understand that Universal, for the first time, has landed the home entertainment rights for a Bond movie.
The title of the new film remains a mystery for the time being, but we’ll bring you more news as we get it.
