With filming set to start next month, the first official story synopsis for Glass has landed…

It’s tough to talk about M Night Shyamalan’s next project, Glass, without in some way spoiling one or two of his previous films. We’re going to give it a go, but do be aware that mild spoilers may lie ahead here.

For the writer/director’s next movie is Glass, and it’s now set to start filming next month. Universal is set to release the movie, and it’ll tie together two earlier Shyamalan projects: Unbreakable and Split. It sounds like it’ll make quite a boxset.

The first official synopsis for the film has just been release, and it confirms as much. It reads:

Following the conclusion of Split, Glass finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men. This riveting culmination of his worldwide blockbusters will be produced by Shyamalan and Jason Blum.

The film is currently set for release in January 2019. It will feature Samuel L Jackson, James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Kevin Wendell Crumb, Sarah Paulson and Anya Taylor-Joy. More as we hear it…
