There had been plans in recent times to revive the Sex & The City series on the big screen, with the tempting thought of Sex & The City 3. Sarah Jessica Parker was set to lead the returning cast for one last outing.
However, even though there had been interest from the cast, it looks like this project is now dead in the water.
Chatting to Extra, Sarah Jessica Parker stated “it’s over. We’re not doing it”.
She added that “I’m disappointed. We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story. It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie”.
Unfortunately, the audience that has been vocal is set to be disappointed on this occasion.
