Crackle's most-watched original drama Snatch, starring Rupert Grint, is finally heading to UK telly…

When Crackle decided to reboot Guy Ritchie’s Snatch for TV, plenty of people dismissed it, thinking it wouldn’t amount to much. Since it debuted in March, however, the Rupert Grint-starring crime tale has become the streaming service’s most-watched original drama series.

From Tuesday, October 31st at 10pm on AMC Global, you’ll have a chance to find out why, as the show has finally secured a place on UK TV.

The 10-episode first season stars Grint (Harry Potter) alongside Luke Pasqualino, Lucien Laviscourt, Stephanie Leonidas, Tamer Hassan and heavy hitter Dougray Scott. It’s already been renewed for season 2, so if you like it, you’re not in for an immediate heartbreak.

Here’s a trailer…

And here’s the synopsis, which adopts a different story to the film of the same name…

“Inspired by a real-life heist in London, Snatch centers on a group of twenty-something, up-and-coming hustlers who stumble upon a truck load of stolen gold bullion and are suddenly thrust into the high-stakes world of organized crime. The boys must quickly learn to navigate the treacherous waters of London’s underworld as rogue cops, gypsy fighters, international mobsters, and local villains descend.”
