Japanese anime series Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex is coming to UK Blu-ray for the first time on the 4th of June. To mark the occasion, Manga Entertainment will be releasing a glossy Deluxe Edition Blu-ray Box Set exclusively with Zavvi.com.
The set includes all 52 episodes of Stand Alone Complex and 2nd GIG, along with the telefilm Solid State Society and the OVAs The Laughing Man and Individual Eleven. Packaged in a rigid collectors’ box, it comes with over three hours of on-disc extras and an exclusive 140-page in-depth book on the series’ cast, crew, background and philosophies. That’s plenty to get your teeth into, we reckon.
