A Sneak Peak Of Nickelodeon’s New Teenage Ninja Turtles Cartoon…And They Not Aliens!
Michael Bay’s alien turtle reboot might be dead, but the good, old-fashioned mutant ones will be alive and well on Nickelodeon later this year. The Turtles are in for yet another cartoon reboot.
After checking out the trailer I can say I’m not particularly fond of the animation. Maybe its because I can’t see the Turtles any other way than in the original 80′s to early 90′s series. I am over the moon that the Turtles are still teenagers and mutants though. I will probably check out the new series though, I was pretty chuffed with the Thundercats reboot so maybe it won’t be too bad.
The voice cast is filled out by American Pie star Jason Biggs as Leonardo, Ultimate Spider-Man’s Batroc the Leaper, Rob Paulsen, as Donatello, Teen Titans’ Greg Cripes as Michelangelo, and the once and eternal Rudy, Sean Austin as Raphael.
There is no indication as yet as to when we can expect to see the series on the DSTV Nickelodeon channel.
